The HOPE-GOV Program supports the Federal Government of Nigeria to strengthen some institutional and governance systems in basic education and primary healthcare sectors. This includes financial management, human resource management (including recruitment, deployment, and payroll integrity), transparency and accountability in sector financing, and planning, budgeting, and reporting systems at federal and state levels. The program also involves system-wide reforms through Disbursement-Linked Indicators (DLIs) and finances technical assistance and program management functions.
